The budget has two lines<br>one for Repair and a second for Culvert and Gravel, these will be combined, and the money will be<br>put towards road repair.<br>Due to not having the road grader, the fuel tank will be sold. The sale will be put to the Pike Trails<br>members first.<br>Terry and George will drive over the roads and track their mileage so that the amount of gravel can be<br>more accurately estimated. The current cost of gravel is for 175 feet x 20 feet x 2 inches would cost<br>$658.<br><strong>Budget<\/strong><br>The budget for this fiscal year was approved by the board members and will be voted on at the<br>annual meeting by the members.<br><strong>Newsletter &amp; Discussion at Annual Meeting<\/strong><br>Future road repair and explanation of the costs involved will be discussed at the annual meeting. The<br>plan is to try to repair 1\/3 of the roads annually. Also, the major roads (Deer, Antelope, Elk and<br>Badger) will be graded annually. Possibly a workday will be scheduled with the association members<br>to remove trees etc. for better drainage.<br>The newsletter will be mailed out by next weekend (June 15th or 16th) or Monday June17th.
