A&nbsp;culvert is&nbsp;needed&nbsp;there, due to the road&nbsp;probably washing&nbsp;out if there is a big storm.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The remaining budget for Road Maintenance is $2293&nbsp;and Road Repair,&nbsp;Gravel, and&nbsp;Culvert&nbsp;is&nbsp;$1200.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Scott Butz will be completing the annual grading of the main roads starting March 18<sup>th<\/sup>, which will deplete the budget,&nbsp;the estimated cost will be $1,137.50&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Upcoming billing changes:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Insurance up $175&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Filing up $15&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Renew Website up $70 (for 3 years)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fish cost did&nbsp;not&nbsp;go up it was $1200&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Domain Name is $23.99&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PO Box went up to $106,&nbsp;the budget is $100, so this will be adjusted&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Terry and\/or&nbsp;George will talk to Jon Klima about the condition of the aerators at the pond and what is needed.&nbsp;They are looking for a fish&nbsp;finder to see how many fish are&nbsp;in&nbsp;the ponds.&nbsp;George found a few dead fish on the bank.&nbsp;The Pond Maintenance budget is $2000,&nbsp;Nadine will be treating the ponds and feeding the fish.&nbsp;The delivery of fish should be in about 3-4 weeks.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Terry and George will&nbsp;look&nbsp;into&nbsp;the pond equipment&nbsp;and&nbsp;possibly&nbsp;change&nbsp;the aerator pump to run&nbsp;off of&nbsp;DC power rather than solar to an&nbsp;invertor&nbsp;to keep the battery charged.
