PTRIA Board meeting Aug 30, 2023, 1:30 pm

Jon gave us an updated treasury report, 78 homeowners have paid dues to date, with a $32,811 bank balance currently.
Total culvert l estimate for Antelope Road is $19,768.43. We discussed looking at the places where the culverts are needed on Antelope & see if we can refine it & do only those most necessary & doing some of those next year. We will need to spend $21,000 for installing the culverts. We will also need to spend more money on some gravel to put on these areas where culverts are changed.
We got an estimate from Dirks Truck & Equipment for grader repairs at $33,536.46. If we do the minimum repairs of brakes, batteries, & fluid changes the cost would be about $7,000. Jon made a motion to fix the grader at minimum repairs discussed. Cindy Chew 2nd motion. The cost for Pat Long to move the grader to repair shop is $500 for a round trip.
Our estimate for future tires from Jims Tires is approximately $2,000 for the 4 rear tires.
We got a future grading estimate from Pat Long @ about 32 hours grading for about $6,000 @ $160/hr with his own equipment. Scott Butz gave us an estimate for road grading @ $150/hr for $5,000 with his own equipment.
Nadine Scott has volunteered to help Jon with the website & Jon is happy to have the help!
Saturday, Sept 2, 2023 is our annual potluck meeting at 11am at the Fire station on CR88. This will be an election meeting if new people want to join the board. We would like to pass a sign-up sheet for grader volunteers as well as a sign-up sheet for a work day at Pike Trails.
Cindy will add a note to the PTRIA bulletin board on CR88…. Please financially help us keep our 17 miles of roads maintained & send your dues to PTRIA,
