Board Meeting
President Terry Johnson
1st Vice George Purnell
Treasurer Nadine Butz
Secretary Kathy Mikesell
The meeting opened with a discussion of Mr. Iverson’s complaint concerning access to his property due to the overflow of gravel from the grader, creating a hump in which he was unable to pull his RV onto his property. The board’s concern is for the drainage of the road; if the height of the overflow of gravel from grading is lowered the drainage may well go onto Mr. Iverson’s property. The curve by Mr. Iverson’s property has been graded almost to the edge of the Association road easement. This was done to widen the road due to this being a dangerous blind curve and so that water runoff will not flow on the road. In the past the snow drifting on that curve was dangerous plus the melting snow freezing and becoming ice on the road.
Terry Johnson and George Purnell will extend an invitation to Mr. Iverson to meet with them during the month of December 2025 while the weather is still good to discuss permitting and what can and will be done.
We still need to finish picking up the slash piles and trim some branches hopefully next week. There has been no response from Craig for a chipper.
The ponds will be discussed in the spring as to what needs to be done for them.
The remaining funds from the budget (2025-2026) are $1200 for the culverts and road repairs. We will look at the Antelope (Red Road) culvert next spring. Mark Norman will schedule his culvert installation later this spring.
