As of October 10th, 2025, 88 owners of those lots shown above in yellow had paid their Pike Trails HOA dues in full for the 2025-2026 fiscal year (June 1, 2025 – May 31, 2026). The bulk of the dues goes for maintaining the 17 miles of Pike Trails roads. Please note that snow plowing is done by volunteers with their own equipment and gas and is not included in the annual dues.
