Recap of the current road conditions
George and Terry drove along the roads to check on condition
Skyhawk has a few rocks coming up
Some corners do have wash boards on the curves
The Red Road, on the curve, is starting to dip. A culvert is needed there, due to the road probably washing out if there is a big storm.
The remaining budget for Road Maintenance is $2293 and Road Repair, Gravel, and Culvert is $1200.
Scott Butz will be completing the annual grading of the main roads starting March 18th, which will deplete the budget, the estimated cost will be $1,137.50
Upcoming billing changes:
Insurance up $175
Filing up $15
Renew Website up $70 (for 3 years)
Fish cost did not go up it was $1200
Domain Name is $23.99
PO Box went up to $106, the budget is $100, so this will be adjusted
Terry and/or George will talk to Jon Klima about the condition of the aerators at the pond and what is needed. They are looking for a fish finder to see how many fish are in the ponds. George found a few dead fish on the bank. The Pond Maintenance budget is $2000, Nadine will be treating the ponds and feeding the fish. The delivery of fish should be in about 3-4 weeks.
Terry and George will look into the pond equipment and possibly change the aerator pump to run off of DC power rather than solar to an invertor to keep the battery charged. The change would save money.
